Product Overview
The 20AB042A0AYNANC0 is a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) that comes in a compact package which features power, control and integration features allowing basic and advanced control of motor using conventional method or via a computer-based control system.
This product belongs to the PowerFlex 40 Adjustable Frequency AC drives. This product is designed for operation with an input voltage of 240 VAC, 3-phase. This drive has frequency output of 0 to 500Hz, 42.0 A and 11.0 kW or 15.0 HP.
This drive does not include a Human Interface module or communication terminal. However, it may still be operated using the integrated of the drive which consists of Six (6) Discrete Inputs for operation with 24VDC Only. Discrete Input are located from terminals 1-6 with factory default assignment of Stop CF (CF = clear fault), Start, Auto/Man, Speed Sel 1, Speed Sel 2 and Speed Sel 3.
One (1) Form C Contacts for Discrete Output may be used to report the drives state. Normally Open indicates a No Fault condition while Normally closed contact indicates Faulted Condition.
Two (2) Analog Input that accepts 0-10VDC or 4-20mA signals with each channel selectable as 0-10VDC or 4-20mA. These inputs are typically used as the remote speed command. Alternative to the analog input, a dedicated terminal for a potentiometer is provides to which also serves as remote speed reference.
Two (2) Analog Outputs are able to provide 0-10VDC or 4-20mA. This may serve as speed feedback compatible with indicators, recorders, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or single loop controllers.
