Product Overview

This device are designed to be installed flush-mounted on a rated NEMA Type 12/13, 4X (Indoor use only), IP54, IP65 enclosures.
Through the ControlNet communication port, the HMI collects data to and from a single or multiple partner automation device. It increases production efficiency and response time by allowing process inputs initiated from a single location through the embedded Keypad and Touch input area. The keypad consists of Ten (10) functions keys that are assignable to perform different functions according to the current active screen while the touch input is enabled by the touch membrane installed with the screen. The Touch input is made of 128 cells arranged in 16 columns x 8 rows.
Process is visualized through the Liquid-Crystal display (LCD) screen measuring 5.5 inches with resolution of 256 x 128 pixels and display area of 120 x 60 mm (4.75 x 2.38 in.).
Support for alarm documentation is enabled by sending alarm queues through the RS232 alarm printer interface. Alarm information such as alarm trigger, description, date and time stamp may be included for a more detailed documentation.
The operator terminal has an integrated memory of Random Access Memory (RAM) of 170KB and 240KB non-volatile memory. The terminal is configured using PanelBuilder32 software.
