Product Overview
The 2711-K10G9 is an automation component that is used to integrate machine or process data to provide an intuitive graphical view and efficient operator interface.
The 2711-K10G9 belongs to the main catalog PanelView Standard Operator Terminal under the subset category of PanelView 1000 operator terminals. It has a monochrome screen measuring 10.4- inches diagonal with resolution of 640 X 480 pixels. Provides operator control interface is through the embedded keypad which has Sixteen (16) function keys and other fixed function buttons. An integrated dual RS232 is fitted to this device that are individually configured and functioning. The primary RS232 support DF1 while the secondary is intended for alarm printing.
This operator terminal is loaded with a custom-built application that is developed using PanelBuilder32 software. It allows remote development of the HMIs graphical interface and runtime functions. This software requires activation and separately purchased.
The application is downloaded to the terminal or loaded to an optional ATA PC memory card. The loaded application is executed in the integrated runtime mode of the HMI device.
The HMI devices utilizes the Random Access Memory 310 KB during application runtime. This memory cannot be re-allocated. An expandable memory which is the non-volatile may be modified by adding an ATA Memory card ranging from 2 to 32MB. By default, the HMI terminal has a 1008 KB non-volatile memory.
The HMI device is partnered with controllers such as Allen-Bradley PLC 5, MicroLogix, SLC 500, CompactLogix and ControlLogix controllers. It also supports communication with 3rd party devices non Allen-Bradley products.
VIIIVThe 2711-K10G9 electronic hardware is a Human Machine interface (HMI) made by Allen Bradley. This is PanelView Standard Operator Terminal that is rated 85 to 264 VAC and features a 10.4-inch display, embedded keypad input area with built-in dual RS232 communication port supporting DF1 and RS232 printer port.
