 Product Overview

The 2711P-K4C20A8 PanelView Plus 400 Color terminal by Allen-Bradley. This hardware is a rugged electronic device that is used as a Human Machine Interface (HMI).

It features a color active matrix TFT display with size of 3.5 inches, display area 70 x 53 mm (2.8 x 2.3 in.) and resolution of 320 x 240 pixels in 18-bit color graphics.

The operator input features F1 to F8 keypad function keys that is made with stainless-steel domed membrane. The keypad is made of numeric input, navigation and function keys. It has an expected actuation lifespan of 1 million presses with a recommended operating force of 340g.

This operator terminal has an internal system memory of 256 MB Random Access Memory (RAM) and 512 MB non-volatile memory with a free user memory of approximately 73MB. Additionally, the terminal supports the used of an external storage to backup the PanelView files. The compatible memory storage for this terminal are Secure Digital (SD) card with cat. no.1784-SDx. This card can be installed in the SD card slot which supports insertion under power. The USB flash drive slot may also be used as the external storage. It supports by high-speed data transfer rate and insertion under power.

The terminal has an internal software environment powered by Windows Compact Embedded (C.E.) 6.0 operating system. Windows C.E. provide a more user-friendly terminal configuration environment by bringing in familiar Microsoft Windows interfaces such as Control Panel, command prompt, file explorer and many other interfaces.

The terminal is powered by a power supply of 100 to 240V AC with input frequency of 50 to 60 Hz.
