 Product Overview

The 1305-BA09A is a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) that belongs to the discontinued 1305 Adjustable AC Drives product family. This drive is designed for operation in 3-Phase input Voltage range of 380-460VAC with Frequency of 50-60Hz, output current of 9.0 A and motor rating 4.0 kW (5.0 HP). This particular product is a discontinued item with discontinuation date of 10/31/14. It has an Engineering replacement of PowerFlex 520 Drive with Part Number 25B- D010.

This adjustable AC drive can be used immediately with configurable parameters to meet the process requirements. It features High Torque output, Fast acceleration, Hybrid current limit, IR compensation and slip compensation.

This drive does not include a Human Interface Module (HIM) however, this can be ordered separately as an accessory. The adjustable frequency drive is operational out of the box. Without a HIM, it may be operated by wiring input and output devices to the control input and output terminal of the VFD located in terminal TB2.

Terminal TB2 houses the embedded I/O of the drive that includes Eight (8) Discrete Input, Two (2) Discrete Outputs, Two (2) Analog Inputs and One (1) Analog Output.

Alternatively, this drive is capable of accepting configuration from a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) via Remote I/O instruction. This is done by way of integrated architecture which is not limited to Remote I/O protocol only. Other protocols supported include Ethernet, DeviceNet, Serial, Scanport and RS485. Utilization of the this integrated architecture option allows the drive to run with dynamic settings, parameters changing and fine-tuned according to the active program section.VIIIVThe 1305-BA09A is an adjustable AC Drive with 3-Phase Voltage Input rated 380-460V, motor rating of 4.0 kW (5.0 HP) and output current of 9.0 A.
