The 1794-OE12 is a high-density analog output module that belongs to the Flex IO product family. This module has Twelve (12) user configurable channels that outputs 0 to 20mA, 4 to 20 mA, +/- 10VDC signals. Each input channels support single-ended wire configuration without isolation.
The 1794-OE12 is used with a terminal base to operate. Appropriate terminal base for this module are 1794-TB3G and 1794-TB3GS. During installation to terminal base, the keyswitch position should be in position at number 4.
This module has an internal analog to digital circuit (ADC) converter. It has an analog resolution of 16 bit and data format in 2s complement. The modules absolute accuracy is 0.1% Full Scale @ 25 °C for Voltage and Current. This module does not require calibration.
An external DC power supply is used to operate the module. It accepts a nominal Voltage supply of 24VDC with a rated range of 10.0 to 31.2 VDC. Supply Current to the module must be 320 mA @ 24V DC ; 720 mA @ 10.0V DC.
The module has a dimension of 94.0 x 94.0 x 53.3 mm or 3.7 x 3.7 x 2.1 in. It has a with built-in group diagnostic LEDs that consists of One (1) green/red power/status indicator.
This module has configurable features that can be accessed only through the programming software. Configurable parameters include input and output range selection for selecting the input type and range and safe state operating value. Safe state operating value refers to the value that the module will hold or retain in the event of communication error. This prevents unwanted positioning or fluctuation in the process. VIIIVThe 1794-OE12 is a high-density analog output module. It has Twelve (12) Voltage / Current single-ended output channels. This module belongs to the Flex IO product family that is used for Distributed IO applications.
