The 1794-TB3TS is a grounded spring-clamp terminal base for use with Temperature modules of the Flex IO product family. This module is compatible with 24V dc Analog Input Modules such as Differential Current / Voltage module 1794-IF4I, Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD) module1794-IR8, 24VDC Analog Input Module which includes 1794-IE4XOE2, 1794-IF2XOF2I and 24V dc Analog Output Modules such as 1794-OE4 and 1794-OF4I.

It has integrated terminals for input, power, grounding and compensation terminals. Specifically, the module is made of Sixteen (16) I/O, Ten (10) common and Four (+V) terminals, Eight (8) chassis ground and Two (2) sets of Cold Junction Compensation (CJC) terminals. It may be used in application with voltage supply up to Up to 132V AC/156 VDC. It has a Current capacity of 10A.

This module has Three (3) terminal groups A, B and C. Group holds terminals 0-15, It has alternating Positive (+) and Negative (-) terminals starting at channel 0 to 15. Terminal B has number 16-33. Cold Junction Compensation (CJC) for Thermocouple applications are terminated in terminal 36, 37 and 39, 47, 48 and 49.

Terminal base are primarily used to provide attachment to Flex IO module sand interface to signaling devices and instruments through the built-in I/O, Power and grounding terminals. It also allows installation of Flex IO system to a DIN rail of via a mounting plate through the pre-designed mounting holes. Series connection of power to the adjacent or nearby module can be made via the integrated daisy-chaining Supply In and Supply Out terminals. It also provides an isolation between the actual Flex IO module and instruments thus, removal of module power is allowed. VIIIVThe 1794-TB3TS is a Flex IO Terminal base.
