Product Overview
The 20AB054A0AYNANC0 is a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) that is primarily used for controlling an AC motors speed. It is also utilized to control rotation direction, start, stop and jog operation and other motor control functions. This drive is fitted with a Full numeric LCD.
The hardware is energized with a 3-Phase Voltage input rated 240VAC. With this input supply, the drive is capable of producing output current of 54.0 Amperes along 15.0kW or 20.0 Horsepower.
This drive is loaded with I/O terminal that holds the I/O channels which consists of Six (6) Discrete Inputs One (1) Discrete Output, Two (2) Analog and Two (2) Analog Output. It also supports installation of external potentiometer with rating of 1 to 10 k Ohm.
This Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is engineered with Enhanced control feature and supports a variety of control methods such as Volts / Hertz, Custom mode, Sensorless Vector, Sensorless Vector with Economizer and Flux Vector Control. Additionally, this drive has Proportional + Integral (P+I) algorithm and supports entering of the driven motors nameplate data to increase efficiency and operate the drive within the optimum parameters.
Volts Per Hertz mode is ideal for Fans and Pumps where Torque output is constant and loads changes are not sudden. As these applications are typically tuned with a Proportional + Integral + Derivative (PID) control algorithm, load changes become much easier to deal with. With Custom control mode, Voltz / Hertz mode is modified resulting to an increased torque output. There are Five (5) distinct points defined with this control mode such as Start Boost, Run Boost, Break Voltage/Frequency, Motor Nameplate Voltage/Frequency and Maximum Voltage/Frequency.
