 Product Overview

The 20AD022C3AYNANC0 is a PowerFlex 70 adjustable Frequency drives that is designed to implement AC motor speed control and perform other motor control modes such as Start / Stop, Remote / Local, Auto / Manual by interfacing signal devices to the control terminal block. This product may also be used as a loop controller itself as it has a built-in PID control algorithm used for automatically controlling processes. Setpoint and PID parameters are available within the drive’s parameters.

This PowerFlex item features an input rating of 3-Phase, 480VAC and capable of providing an output 22.0 A and 15.0 HP. This drive has a configurable Frequency output range of 0 to 500 Hz.

With a Human Interface Module, configuration may be done locally by navigating through the menus and parameter groups of the drives. Parameters such as Frequency, I/O assignment, Reaction to fault, acceleration and deceleration, speed ramp-up as well as profile management and many other parameters may be configured using this HIM. Through this component, language may be selected and control keys for local operation such as start, stop, jog, speed and direction are readily available.

Even without HIM, this drive is operation by utilizing the embedded I/Os of the drive. This drive is equipped with Six (6) 24 VDC Discrete Inputs, One (1) Form C Contacts for Discrete Output, with Normally closed assigned to No Fault while normally open assigned to Fault. There are also Two (2) Analog Input, Two (2) Analog Output that is able to transmit 0-10VDC or 4-20mA.
