Product Overview
The 20AD034F0AYNANC0 is a PowerFlex 70 drive that is designed for Flange Mounting. This drive has a front chassis rating of IP20 / NEMA UL Type 1 and a Rear Heatsink that is rated IP66 NEMA / UL Type 4X for indoor and 12X for outdoor use.
This product is designed for operation with an input voltage rating of 480VAC, 3-phase and output Current of 34.0 A and Power of 18.5 kW (25.0 HP). This drive belongs to the drives with Frame D. This has an included IGBT break and belongs to the filtered emissions class.
This drive has an embedded I/O in the control terminal block that are configurable which is used to define the operation of the AC frequency drive, making it operational even without a Human Interface Module (HIM) installed. This I/O terminal block consists of Six (6) 24VDC Discrete Inputs. These are located in terminal 1-6 with factory default settings of Stop CF (CF = clear fault), Start, Auto/Man, Speed Sel 1, Speed Sel 2 and Speed Sel 3.
One (1) Form C Contacts for Discrete Output are located at terminals 11-13. It may be used with voltages of 250V AC or 30V DC may be used to report the drives state. Normally Open indicates a No Fault condition while Normally closed contact indicates Faulted Condition.
Two (2) Analog Inputs located at terminals 14-21 are compatible for signals such as 0-10VDC or 4-20mA signals. These inputs are typically used as the remote speed command.
A potentiometer terminal is also provided found in terminals 10 and 22. Required Potentiometer rating is 1-10k Ohm with 2Watts minimum power consumption. This may be used as remote speed command.
Two (2) Analog Outputs are able to provide 0-10VDC or 4-20mA. This may serve as speed feedback compatible with indicators, recorders, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or single loop controllers. This drive has a Voltage Input rated 480VAC, 3-phase and output Voltage of 0-460VAC with rated Current of 34.0 A and Power of 18.5 kW (25.0 HP), filtered emission.
