Product Overview
The 20AD065C3AYNANC0 is a PowerFlex 70 adjustable Frequency AC drive that includes a Full numeric LCD keypad that is used for local configuration. This PowerFlex drive is compatible for input voltage of 480VAC, 3-phase. It has an output current of 65.0 amperes and power output of 37.0 kW (50.0 HP).
This electronic hardware is capable of 24/7 operation and applicable for general purpose speed control requirements. This drive also allows basic motor control functions such as Start / Stop, Local, Local / Remote, Auto / Manual and other motor control commands. Aside from these capabilities, this product has an internal drive protection such as overvoltage, undervoltage, short-circuit and other protection circuitry.
The integrated Human Interface Module (HIM) is specifically used for local configuration of the drive. It also enables local control as it is embedded with local start, stop, jog, forward and reverse button. This LCD has optional formats which include a remote mounted HIM, remote handheld or remote wireless keypad.
The drives control method is via Sine coded PWM with programmable carrier frequency. Programmable carrier frequency options are 2, 4, 8, and 12 kHz as this is an enhanced drive. It is capable of Sensorless Vector Control and Vector Control with FORCE technology.
This drive has embedded I/O of Six (6) Discrete Inputs for operation with 24VDC Only, One (1) Form C Contacts for Discrete Output, Two (2) Analog Input that accepts 0-10VDC or 4-20mA signals with each channels selectable, Two (2) Analog Output that is able to transmit 0-10VDC or 4-20mA.
