The 20AE032A0AYNNNC0 is a variable Frequency Drive that belongs to the PowerFlex 70 adjustable frequency AC drive family. This product is used to interface AC motors to implement basic motor control however, this electronic hardware is especially designed for advanced motor controls such as speed control, ramping, acceleration, deceleration, vector control which may be implemented locally, via hardwiring or with the use of automation components such as a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Human Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).
This drive is designed for operation with input voltage of 600VAC, with an output current of 32.0 A and power of 22.0 kW or 30.0 HP Programmable output frequency range is 0 to 500 Hz.
This adjustable Frequency AC drive shall not be operated with temperature lower than 0 Deg. C and higher than 50 °C. It is important to install an appropriate climate control component such as a fan or heater to evacuate or introduce air to the panel or to distribute heat within the panel. The hardware is self-cooling through a fan, but this air must be evacuated from the panel. Furthermore, operating shock must be not more than 15 g peak for 11 ms duration with tolerance of ±1.0 ms and vibration must be not higher than 0.152 mm or 0.006 in. displacement, 1 g peak. Appropriate electrical panel mounts specifically rubber mount or bushings may be installed to lessen shock and vibration. It is also not recommended to install drives near the motor unit as the motor exhibits high vibration. Normal practice and typical application of drives are inside a Motor Control Center (MCC).
