The 20AE032C3AYNNNC0 is a PowerFlex 70 adjustable frequency ac drive used for implementing speed control to a wide range of application. This PowerFlex 70 offers small to large amount of current output and power rating which enables the product line to be installed from fan application to extruder systems.
This drive is widely recognized and support a variety of languages. It carries certifications such as ABS, RCM, c-UL-us, CE, EAC, EPRI/SEMIF 47, Functional Safety, Korean KC Registration, Lloyds Register, Plenum Rating, Trentec, IEC 61800-2, NEMA ICS 7.1, NFPA 70 and NSF. These certifications proves that this product is an industrially approved device.
The 20AE032C3AYNNNC0 is designed for indoor use only. Install this device to an IP66, NEMA/UL Type 4X/12 rated enclosure. Input specification for this product is 600VAC, 3-phase with an output current of 32.0 A and power of 22.0 kW or 30.0 HP Programmable output frequency range is 0 to 500 Hz.
An embedded Human Interface Module (HIM) with full numeric LCD is included. This LCD is capable of displaying 7 lines of text with 21 characters each line. This HIM is mounted on the front panel of the drive however, optional HIMs are available that allows panel mounted, remote handheld, remote wireless. These options allow configuration of the drive without opening the panel especially for panels with disconnect switches.
Embedded I/O includes Six (6) Discrete Inputs for operation with 24VDC Only, One (1) Form C Contacts for Discrete Output, Two (2) Analog Input that accepts 0-10VDC or 4-20mA signals with each channels selectable, Two (2) Analog Output that is able to transmit 0-10VDC or 4-20mA.VIIIVThe 20AE032C3AYNNNC0 is a PowerFlex 70 adjustable frequency AC drive.
