Product Overview
The 20BD022A0AYNANC0 is a PowerFlex 700 product manufactured by Allen-Bradley that mainly features Vector Control using the patented Force Technology. Vector control is ideal for processes that exhibits sudden load changes.
This electronic hardware is still used for speed control of AC motor. This product is referred to as Adjustable Frequency AC drive or Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) or Variable Speed Drive (VSD).
Whatever the term may be, all refer to the same speed control product.
This drive is operated with an input voltage 480VAC, 3-phase. It has capable of output voltage ranging from 0-480VAC with rated current of 22.0 A and power output of 15.0 horsepower. This drive has an integral IGBT brake with a filtered emission. It also comes with a user manual.
This drive is also capable of Voltz / Herts for general purpose fan and pump control requirements, Sensorless Vector for high torque over a wide speed range. It also has an embedded features such as High-speed analog inputs with 11-Bit resolution, selectable for +/-10VDC or 4-20mA, Droop control for load sharing application such as simultaneous and equal motor speed in parallel fuel injection lines, flying start, slip compensation and other equally important functions.
This drive support conventional integration by utilizing the embedded I/O found in the I/O terminal block. Another way of integrating this drive is with the use of PC programming software packgaes such as Connected Components Workbench (CCW) or DriveTools SP that allows Typical integration offline and online drive configuration and premiere integration with the use of Studio 5000 Logic Designer where parameters are sent over the network dynamically, according to the user program satisfied with the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC.VIIIVThe 20BD022A0AYNANC0 is a PowerFlex 700 adjustable frequency AC drive.
