The 20BD077A3ANNAND0 is a PowerFlex 700 Adjustable Frequency AC drive. This automation components primary intended function is to implement speed control of AC motors. With speed control, the motor is capable of being used in closed loop and more complex control systems especially in processed where modulating control is necessary. This drive is designed for operation with an input voltage supply of 480VAC, 3-Phase and output power of 156.0 amperes and 125.0 HP. This drive primary control mode is Vector Control Mode.
The drives Vector Control mode is reinforced by the inherent features which include High-Speed analog inputs, flying start, Integral Proportional + Integral Controller (P+I), Slip compensation, droop for load sharing and many other features.
This drive has Six (6) 115VAC Discrete Inputs, Two (2) Form C Contacts for Discrete Output, Two (2) Analog Input that accepts 0-10VDC or 4-20mA signals, Two (2) Analog Output that is able to transmit 0-10VDC or 4-20mA.
Maximum surrounding air temperature shall be within 0 to 50 °C or 32 to 122 °F, 0 to 40 °C or 32
104 °F for Heatsink and 0 to 65 °C or 32 to 149 °F for control. Do not operate this product in areas with corrosive gasses, gas, dust or corrosive atmosphere. Ensure proper installation and appropriate pane is selected. An IP20 / NEMA UL Type 1 panel is the recommended enclosure for this drive.
The drives control method is through a Sine Coded Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) with carrier frequency. Carries frequency selection includes 2, 4, 8, and 10 kHz.
