Product Overview
The 20BD180A0AYNANC0 is a PowerFlex 700 adjustable frequency AC drive that is capable of High Current and High-power output that is used for implementing basic and advanced motor control requirements.
Basic motor control includes typical control of motors such START / STOP, JOG / FORWARD / REVERSE, REMOTE / LOCAL, AUTOMATIC / MANUAL commands. Some of the advanced control that this drive is capable of implementing are speed control, vector control, acceleration and deceleration time, ramping, closed loop control, droop control and flying start.
This drive must be operated with an input voltage of 3-phase, 480VAC. The drive is capable of High-current of 180.0 amperes and power output of 150.0 Horsepower. This may also be used with single-phase motors, but rated output is significantly reduced to 50%.
VFDs are also designed to be operated remotely through a conventional panel, which is a hardwired system or a computer-based control with the use of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA). With the use of HMI or SCADA, templates may be developed to mimic the actual operation of the drive. Furthermore, if combined with integration by means of a communication highway, drive parameters may be written or read over the network by mapping the correct drive parameters.
Typical drive parameters such as Start / Stop, Jog, Local / Remote, Auto / Manual, Ramp rate, Acceleration, Deceleration, Alarm limits, Deviation, alarm outputs, user defined inputs, drive temperature and many other parameters may be configured remotely through HMi and SCADA systems.
