Product Overview
The 20BD248A3ANNAEC0 is a Variable Frequency Drive that belongs to the PowerFlex 700 Adjustable Frequency AC drive that is manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This product is equipped with a Human Interface Module (HIM), Ethernet Communication Adapter, features Vector control mode with patented Force technology and an emission filtering. All these enable the drive to perform an industry recognized speed control of AC drives as well as basic motor control.
This drive is to be operated with an input voltage of 3-Phase, 480 VAC. It has a high output current of 248.0 Amperes and power output of 200.0 Horsepower. Aside from Vector control, this drive is capable of self-implementing Proportional + integral (P+I) control, making the drive a standalone controller itself.
The HIM component is designed to display 7 parameter line of information with 21 characters each line providing an intuitive user-friendly display on a calculator like keypad arrangement. Drive parameters are accessed using this component.
The integral Ethernet communication adapter allows seamless connectivity to most Allen-Bradley controllers especially with CompactLogix or ControlLogix for implementing premiere integration. Ethernet support 10/100 MBPS transmission speed with auto-negotiation using a CAT5 or CAT 6 cable. This port supports multiple communication paths in broadcast mode.
The drives embedded I/O consists of Six (6) 115VAC Discrete Inputs for START / STOP, LOCAL / REMOTE, AUTO / MANUAL commands, Two (2) Form C Contacts for Discrete Outputs applicable for FAULT AND RUN feedback, Two (2) Analog Inputs capable of 0-10VDC or 4-20mA with 11-Bit resolution for SPEED REFERENCE, Two (2) Analog Outputs that transmits Voltage 0-10VDC or Current 4-20mA and potentiometer terminal that is rated for 2 to 10 k Ohm, 2Watts.VIIIVThe 20BD248A3ANNAEC0 is a PowerFlex 700 adjustable frequency AC drive.
