The Allen-Bradley 22B-E1P7N104 is a PowerFlex 40 Variable Frequency Drive (VFD). This hardware enables control of motor speed through frequency variation.
The 22B-E1P7N104 features a voltage input rating of 3-phase, 380 to 480 VAC, Output current of 1.7 Amperes and power of 0.75 Kilowatt or 1.0 Horsepower.
This drive is suitable for Panel installation in an enclosure that is rated IP20 / NEMA UL rated. It comes with a fixed keypad mounted on the front panel of the unit to locally configure parameters and settings.
This PowerFlex 40 drive has a filtered emission and comes with an integrated IGBT brake.
This drive offers an out-of-the-box configuration and designed to ensure easy configuration and quick startup. It is equipped with a fixed keypad that has a 4-digit display with additional 10 LED indicators. Optionally, convenient options include a remote handheld and remote keypad configurators. These are primarily used to allow configuration of the drive without opening the enclosure. Another alternative way to configure the drive is to use software tools such as DriveExplorer, DriveExecutive and DriveTools SP software. These are windows software packages that allows offline and online configuration. Premiere integration to controller instructions is accomplished using Connected Components Workbench and Studio 5000 Logix Designer.
This drive has an integrated RS485 communication protocol which enables fast integration to an HMI, SCADA or controller.
