The 22C-D022N103 is an adjustable Frequency AC drive designed for 3-Phase, input Voltage rating of 380-480VAC, Output Voltage of 0-460VAC, rated output Current of 22.0 A and Power of 11.0 kW (15.0 HP). The intended use of this drive is for motors used in fan and pump applications.
Variable Frequency Drive are typically integrated to control systems. It may be locally operated via the integral keypad or using the embedded I/O which may be wired to input and output devices of a conventional relay logic system or a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). Speed control is achieved in a variety of options. Through the keypad by increasing the digital up and down keys, using an external potentiometer 1 to 10k Ohm with power rating of 2 Watts or through a remote speed reference wired to the analog input terminal of the drive. Applicable analog input signal types are 0-10VDC and 4-20mA.
This drive is capable of implementing PID control, which provide the drive the capability to act as a single loop controller or a stand-alone controller. This PID control feature of the drive may also be linked to the PLC or Human Machine Interface (HMI) or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) to tune, record and run the functionality.
PID is used for automatic control with the provision for manual control. These control modes may be switched on and off by the operator depending on the process condition.
