Product Overview
The 22C-D072A103 is a product exclusively used for Fan and Pump applications. This is an adjustable frequency AC drive used with a 3-Phase, input Voltage rating of 380-480VAC, output current of 72.0 A and power rating 37.0 kW or 50.0 HP.
The products intended installation is via panel mounting. An IP20 / NEMA UL Open Type enclosure is the minimum enclosure rating that may be used with this drive. Though it is equipped with internal protection circuitry, external protection must also be installed to prevent damage to the device.
The maximum surrounding air temperature must be 10 to 50 degrees C (14 to 122 degrees F). The drive has cooling fans as its integral cooling method. Consider installation environment if additional heating or cooling component is needed. Do not install this hardware in processes where volatile, corrosive gases, dust and vapors exist. If installation to this environment cannot be avoided, install additional protective panel components to prevent these elements from entering the enclosure. The drives operating shock range is 15G peak for 11ms duration (±1.0 ms) and while operating vibration is 1G peak, 5 to 2000 Hz.
Communication adapter may also be installed to this hardware to allow communication with BacNet, ControlNet, DeviceNet and Ethernet I/P. By default, this drive comes with an embedded RS485 communication port for implementing multi-drop communication. With multi-drop communication, drives may be connected in daisy-chain using a 3-wire conductor to send and receive drive parameters.
This drive also supports configuration using software packages from Allen-Bradley.
