 Product Overview

The 22D-D010F104 is an IP20 Flange mounted PowerFlex 40 adjustable Frequency drives. This product is used to control the speed of a connected motor for use in modulating control requirements and advanced control strategies.

Aside from speed control, this PowerFlex 40 products simplifies implementation of motor control modes by eliminating complex wiring. Commands such as Forward / Reverse, Start / Stop, Local / Remote and Auto / Manual may be implemented by wiring necessary input signal to the control terminal block. Hardwired interlocks, relays and multiple wirings are eliminated thus saving enclosure space, simplifies troubleshooting and easier maintenance.

This drive is designed for operation with a 3-phase input, 380-480VAC with 13.0 Amperes and apparent power of 10.3 kVA. The drive’s output specifications are power rating of 4.0 kW (5.0 HP) and output current of 10.5 A.

This PowerFlex 40 product has integral keypad for immediate configuration locally. Configuration options include use of PC programming software such as DriveExplorer, DriveTools SP and Drive Executive software. Alternatively, this drive may also be configured using Pocket DriveExplorer, a Windows Mobile OS compatible software.

It also has an integral RS485 communication where up to 31 drives may be connected in daisy-chain architecture. Parameters and control may be sent over this network following the assigned nodes. It may also be used as integration port for the drive for communicating with Human Machine Interface (HMI) or Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).

This drive has Seven (7) Discrete Inputs, Three (3) Discrete outputs, One (1) Analog Input and One (1) Analog output.
