The 22D-D012N104 is a PowerFlex 40 adjustable AC Drive used in implementing speed modulation of AC motors. This product offers cost-effective solution as it eliminates complex wiring to achieve basic motor controls and provides multiple options to implement control that cannot be met by conventional hardwiring.

This drive is designed for operation with an Input Voltage of 200-240VAC, 3-phase. It has output specifications of 0-460VAC, 3-phase, Current of 12.0 A and Power of 5.5 kW (7.5 HP). This drive features Closed loop control, Basic Position Control, Improved ride through, Optimized DC Bus Installation, and Drive guard safety option.

This drive has an integral keypad that allows access to drive parameters for configuration. This keypad has Four (4) digit display composed of 10-digit display to provide drive information. There are Three (3) parameter groups within the drives such as Basic Program group, Advanced program group and Enhanced program group. This integral keypad is only accessed locally however, optional keypad allows remote configuration such as Panel Mount keypad with part number 22-HIM-C2S, Remote Handheld 22-HIM-A3, Wireless Handheld 22-WIM-N1 and other components.

It may also be configured using PC programming software packages such as DriveExecutive with part number 9303-4DTE01ENE, DriveTools SP Suite 9303-4DTS01ENE, DriveExplorer Software 9306-4EXP02ENE and Pocket DriveExplorer™ Software 9306-4PXP01ENE.

This drive has embedded Seven (7) Discrete Inputs, Three (3) Discrete outputs that is composed of Two (2) Opto Output and One (1) Form C Contacts, One (1) Analog Input that accepts 0-10VDC 4-20mA signal types and One (1) Analog output that transmits 0-10VDC and 0-20mA signal.VIIIVThe 22D-D012N104 is a PowerFlex 40 adjustable AC Drive. More advanced functions are even introduced such as system integration to conventional and modern control systems and dynamic parameter sets which may be used to operate the drive according to a specific situation or process status.

The integral keypad enables local access and requires the panel to be opened everytime one a configuration or local operation is needed. In some installation where a disconnect switch is necessary, optional keypads may be used to avoid de-energizing the drive. Some of these option keypads include Panel Mount keypad with part number 22-HIM-C2S, Remote Handheld 22-HIM-A3, Wireless Handheld 22-WIM-N1 and other components. Communication cables are also available for remote mounting of the integral keypad.
