The 2711-K10C15 is a PanelView Standard Operator Terminal. This electronic hardware is used for implementing central control of a machine or process in the factory floor area through real-time display of process or machine data and information. This HMI hardware is ideal for use in mid to large applications where equipment and symbol rich graphics are needed to be implemented.

A Color active matrix TFT 10-inch is fitted with this HMI device as the visualization screen having a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The 2711-K10C15 is operated via the keypad interface with Sixteen (16) function keys, numeric input, navigation, confirm and cancel keys. Each of the buttons are capable of 1 million actuations.

The 2711-K10C15 is designed for AC input range is 85-264VAC, with input frequency of 47-63 Hz. A pre-allocated memory of 310 KB of Random-Access Memory and 1008 KB for non-volatile memory is installed for use in runtime and file storage accordingly. The Random Access memory may be expanded with the use of an ATA memory card with a range of up to 32MB.

The terminal is initially configured using the built-in configuration mode menu. This menu system allows definition of terminal password, project file to be executed, time and date settings, terminal address, calibration and other important configurations.

Application downloaded to the terminal are developed using the PanelBuilder32 software. This software defined the runtime projects including the monitoring functions and user interfaces.
