The 2711-K10C3L1 is a This Human Machine Interface (HMI) Hardware that belongs to the PanelView 1000 Standard Operator Terminals. This operator terminal has a rugged characteristic designed to operate in demanding working environments in different industries such as automotive, pulp and paper, water and wastewater and petrochemical.
PanelView terminals are UL, cUL/CSA and CE certified, NEMA 4X rated and approved for Class 1 Division 2 operation.
The 2711-K10C3L1 supports implementation of standard HMI function such as Mimic and detailed area display, Trends, advanced alarms handling, security and recipe management.
The 2711-K10C3L1 has an TFT active matrix color display screen with 10.4-inch diagonal size with display area of 211 x 158 mm (8.3 x 6.2 in.) and VGA resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The screen has wide angle viewing that allows the operator to view the essential information of machine or process.
The 2711-K10C3L1 has Sixteen (16) assignable function keys (F1 to F16) for local and global functions, combined with numeric keypads, navigation and cursor control keys. These keys have actuation lifespan of 1 million presses can be configured for screen navigation, sequence and control triggers, alarm acknowledgment, printing and other parameters.
The operator terminal supports advanced alarm handling through the built-in active and histprical alarm list and pop-up banners that displays on top of any of the active screen. Up to 16 user passwords can be configured with the terminal allowing Sixteen (16) different active users, more than enough for a 24/7 operation. This operator terminal has universal language support trough the embedded capability of 46 languages.
The integrated DH485 communication port supports multi-partner communication over RS485 topology enabling remote control of machines or process from a common location.
