Product Overview
The PanelView Standard Operator Terminal with catalog number 2711-T10G9L1 is a PanelView 1000 DH+ terminal that performs Human Machine Interface (HMI) function to enable real-time and up-to-date operator and process or machine information exchange to enable centralized monitoring and control in the factory floor area of the plant.
This HMI terminal is certified for industrial application and compatible for use in wide variety of applications in different industries and applications. The PanelView 1000 terminal is NEMA 4x rated and approved for Class 1 Division 2 operation. The terminal is powered by a rated range of 18 to 32V DC with nominal supply of 24VDC. It is typically installed flush mounted on an enclosure that provides adequate protection to the electronic circuitry and working space for troubleshooting and inserting or removing of HMI add-on components.
The terminal is installed with monochrome display screen used to provide process visualization, Touch sensitive operator input area made with 384 touch arranged in 24 columns x 16 rows. The integrated Data Highway Plus (DH+) communication port that enables connection to single or multiple Allen-Bradley controllers and 3rd party devices, RS232 printer interface for implementing advanced alarm configuration, Random Access Memory (RAM) of 310 KB and a 1008 KB non-volatile memory that enables remote loading or application files and languages.
The process visualization through the 10.4-inch screen with installed with a backlight that is capable of 50,000 hr. half-life runtime. The screen has VGA resolution of 640 x 480 pixels while the touchscreen is capable of up to 1 million actuations.
The terminal is configured using PanelBuilder32 software, a Microsoft Operating System compatible application that is designed as the common development software for all the PanelView Standard Operator Terminals.
