 Product Overview

The Allen-Bradley 2711P-K10C4A1 is an industrial component that is used to provide process visualization through its embedded 10.4-inch colored screen and control via the keypad input mechanism. This product of Allen-Bradley is a Human Machine Interface (HMI) where process control and monitoring are centralized. This hardware is ideally installed in the machine level of the plant however, it also supports remote deployment depending on the communication protocol it supports.

This hardware is a modular hardware as it may be installed with add-on components such as anti-glare overlays to improve visibility, Compact Flash cards to increase the internal flash memory, Random Access Memory (RAM) to expand the internal RAM memory, adapter plates to adopt the previous cutout of an old panel, communication adapters, logic modules and communication modules to improve the terminals functionality, pre-built communication cables for establishing connection to different controllers and many other components. These components may be added anytime.

This hardware is powered by an input voltage supply of 85 to 264VAC with frequency of 47…63 Hz. It is flush mounted to a panel with ratings IP54, IP65, NEMA Type 12/13 enclosure for outdoor and 4X for indoor use. Proper spacing must be implemented for acceptable air flow and promote natural cooling as this device dissipates heat as a rate of 240 BTU/hr. Maintain an operating temperature of this HMI device is 0 to 55 °C, vibration of 10 to 57 Hz, 0.012 pk-pk displacement 57 to 500 Hz, 2 g pk acceleration and operating shock 15 g at 11 ms.
