 Product Overview

The Allen-Bradley 2711P-K4C20D is a PanelView Plus 6 Human Machine Interface Terminal (HMI) from Allen Bradley that features a Keypad operator interface, Color active matrix TFT display with size of 4.5 inches, Integrated Ethernet, RS232 and USB communication ports and a DC power supply.

The 2711P-K4C20D is ideal for small automation application. The color active matrix TFT screen is ideal for use in applications that uses color coded status and feedback reporting. allowing implementation of colored graphics and animation. Operator interacts to the process using the allocated Keypad assembly that acts as the operator interface. The keypad has Eight (8) function keys from F1 to F10 that can be assigned to different command with reference to the screen. Aside from the function keys, the terminal also an embedded numeric input and navigation keys. These keys are capable of up to 1 million presses.
This HMI terminal is powered by a Direct Current (DC) source. The rated supply range is 18-32 VDC with a nominal supply of 24VDC. The unit’s maximum power consumption is 15 W max (0.6 A at 24V DC), 9 W typical (0.375 A at 24V DC).

The 2711P-K4C20D’s integrated ports are applicable to different functions. The USB ports may be used to attached external peripheral such as a keyboard and mouse. The integrated RS232 support the tradition DF1, ASCII and DH485 communication protocol while the Ethernet communication may be used to connect to factory floor ethernet or enterprise wide network.

The 2711P-K4C20D operator interface terminal can accommodate 20 MB of application flash memory for storing all its applications.VIIIVThe 2711P-K4C20D is a PanelView Plus 6 Terminal from Allen-Bradley. It comes with a keypad operator input and 3.5-inch colored display.
