 Product Overview

The 2711P-T6C3A PanelView Plus Color terminal by Allen-Bradley. This product is a compact and modular Human Machine Interface (HMI) device that serves as the successor product of the discontinued PanelView Plus Standard Operator Terminal.

This rugged and scalable HMI devices offers is cost effective and able to be operated in demanding industrial application including 24/7 operation and multi-user configuration.

The terminal supports multi-user setting. Users can be assigned with different access level and password to invoke access privileges to different process screens. Enabling this feature prevents unwanted access or modification to important and sensitive parameters. Advanced alarm handling may also be implemented such as designing an active and Historical alarms list and pop-up alarm banner.

This terminal runs a custom designed application created with FactoryTalk View Studio (ME) for Machine Edition. The HMI displays the process mimic for monitoring of the process or machine. It has a 5.5- inches colored graphic display with resolution of 320 x 240 and display area of 111 x 84 mm (4.37 x 3.30 in). It has an analog resistive touchscreen that is capable of up to 1 million actuations with recommended operating force of 10 to 110 g.

It carries certifications CE that is Marked for all applicable directives, UL Listed Industrial Control Equipment, UL Listed Industrial Control Equipment for use in Canada, UL Listed Industrial Control Equipment for use in Class I, Div 2 Group A, B, C, D, Class I, Zone 2, Group IIC and Class II, Div 2 Group F, G process areas.
Install the terminal on a NEMA rated, UL Type rated, or IP rated enclosure.
