 Product Overview

The 2711P-T6C5D8 PanelView Plus Color terminal by Allen-Bradley provides a cost-effective way of implementing Human Machine Interface (HMI) solution in factory floor areas of a plant. It has a rugged and modular design that permits operation even in high demand workplace and environment.

This product belongs to the PanelView Plus 6 Operator Terminal, successor of the Panel View Plus operator terminal products line.

Implement a user-friendly interface, terminal security, data logging, alarm handling and other equally important functions via this terminal. Develop the application and configure these functions using FactoryTalk View Studio for Machine Edition. This software is the common development software for PanelView Plus 6 product line.

The terminal has a built-in Windows CE operating system enabling base features such as VNC server and client, FTP server, Remote desktop client and Web server. PDF viewer is also included which can be used to view user manuals and other files even during runtime.

The created application will be displayed in the 5.7- inches colored graphic display for monitoring. Control is introduced via the analog resistive touchscreen that is designed to be operated up to 1 million hours. The terminal is powered by a supply range of 18 to 32 VDC with nominal supply input of 24VDC.

It carries certifications such as UL, C-UL, CE, C-Tick, RoHS and KCC and approved for use in different hazardous areas. Install the terminal on a NEMA rated, UL Type rated, or IP rated enclosure. Create a panel cut-out measuring 123 (4.86) for Height and 156 (6.15) for width.
