The 1305-AA04A-HA2 is an adjustable AC drive used with AC Induction Motors for the primary purpose of implementing speed control. By implementing this type of control, the induction motor may be used in processed that demand higher efficiency and accuracy. It also enables the motor to be used in more complex control systems.
The appropriate input voltage supply for this adjustable frequency AC drive is a 3-Phase input with Voltage range of 200-230 VAC. With the input power, the drive generates a current of 4.5 Amperes and power of 0.75kiloWatt or 1.0 Horsepower and a programmable frequency output range of 0 to 400 Hertz.
The intended installation of this drive is within an IP30 / NEMA 1 or an enclosure that prevents solid with 2.5 mm size from entering the drive. This includes dusts including metallic particles as this may damage the drive. A metallic surface such as a mounting plate must be used to mount the drive vertically with top clearance of 50mm, Side clearance of 75mm and Bottom clearance of 100mm. These required clearances ensure adequate flow of air from the enclosure. Install an appropriate climate control within an enclosure such as a heater or a fan and decide whether to induce air to maintain positive pressure within the panel or evacuate air from the panel. Prevent corrosive gasses or explosive ones from entering the enclosure.
This is included with an integrated Human Interface Module (HIM). It may be configured and used out of the box. Alternative operation may also be done by wiring input and output devices to the Control input and output terminal.
