 Product Overview

The 1305-BA01A-DE belongs to the Bulletin 1305 Adjustable AC Drive from Allen-Bradley. Adjustable AC Drives are also termed as Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) or Variable Speed Drives (VSD). All names refer to the same hardware that is used to control the speed of a motor by modulating the frequency.

This adjustable AC drive features has a Voltage rating of 380-460VAC witho utput current of 1.3A and motor rating 0.37kW (0.5HP). The “DE” in the part number refers to switchable language option that includes German, French, Italian and Spanish aside from the default English language.

This drive is configured with DriveExplorer or DriveTools 32 software. DriveExplorer supports offline configuration of the drive. This lessens commissioning and testing time and provides a user-friendly and comfortable configuration environment. IT supports standard windows commands such as cut, copy paste and drag and drop functionality for configuring parameters and custom setup. DriveTools32 is is compatible with Windows 95 / 98 and NT Operating system, that is capable of online and offline programming. It may be used with AC and DC drives from Allen-Bradley.

Dynamic drive parameters may also be configured via Programmable Logic Control (PLC) Block Transfer Read (BTR) and Block Transfer Write (BTW) instruction. This enables the drive to receive varying parameters in operation mode according to the triggers program section.

This drive has built-in I/O point residing in TB2 terminal of the drive. I/O points allow the drive to be integrated to control systems via wiring of input devices and speed reference with the corresponding drive parameter,VIIIVThe 1305-BA01A-DE is an adjustable AC Drive with 3-Phase Voltage Input rated 380-460V, motor rating of 0.37 kW (0.5 HP) and output current of 1.3A.
