The 1761-L32AAA MicroLogix Programmable Logic Controller by Allen-Bradley has 32 digital I/O and a 120 Volt input type. It has a triac output type and a 120/240 Volt AC power supply. Environmental specifications on this device include an operating temperature between 0 and 55 degrees Celsius for horizontal mounting and 0 to 40 degrees Celsius for vertical mounting. Storage humidity for this device is between -40 and 85 degrees Celsius and its operating temperature is 5 to 95% (non-condensing). General specifications for the 1761-L32AAA include 1 K of EEPROM memory and a 50,000 power cycle minimum. Terminal screw torque for this controller is 0.9 Newton-Meters (maximum). The electrostatic discharge rating on the MicroLogix 1000 is EN 61000-2 at 8,000 Volts. Isolation voltage for this controller is 1,500 Volts AC. Analog input specifications include a voltage input range between -10.5 and 10.5 Volts DC and a current input range between -21 and 21 MilliAmps. Data type with regard to analog input is 16-bit signed integer while input resolution is 16 bit. Non-linearity is 0.002% and input to output isolation is 30 Volt rated working/500 Volt isolation. Analog output specifications include a voltage output range between 0 and 10 Volts DC and a current output range between 4 and 20 MilliAmps. Data type with regard to analog output is 16-bit signed integer and non-linearity is 0.02%. Step response is 2.5 milliseconds at 95% and both voltage and current output wiring can withstand short circuit.
To mount the 1761-L32AAA onto a DIN rail, the manufacturer’s instructions say to first mount the DIN rail, allowing for the recommended amount of space for the device. Next, place the top slot of the controller over the DIN rail. Once this has been completed, snap the 1761-L32AAA into place while pressing it against the rail. The manufacturer recommends that you do not remove the controller’s protective wrapping until after the controller is properly mounted onto the DIN rail.VIIIVThe 1761-L32AAA is a MicroLogix 1000-Series Programmable Logic Controller by Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation. It has 32 digital I/O and a 120 Volt DC input type. This controller has a triac output type and a 120/240 Volt AC power supply.
