 Product Overview

The 20AD011C3AYNANC0 is a Variable frequency drive that is used for implementing speed control of an AC motor. Aside from enabling speed control, this electronic hardware allows seamless integration with control systems through the embedded I/O found in the control terminal block.

This PowerFlex drive is a flange mounted PowerFlex drive with rear heatsink that is IP66, NEMA/UL Type 4X/12 rated. This drive features Bus Voltage Regulation, Flying Start, Proportional + Integral control (P+I), Inertia Ride-Through, slip compensation, droop control and sleep wake control.

This drive also supports installation of 1769-SMI which is a Compact I/O-to-DPI/SCANport module. This module enables the PowerFlex drive to be connected to CompactLogix system which enables premiere integration. With premiere integration, configuration is sent via communication highway while parameters are kept within the PLC’s memory. Parameters sets may be defined and sent accordingly based in the active routine.

Aside from 1769-SM1, communication adapter may also be attached with this power flex drive such as BACnet MS/TP RS485 Communication Adapter, ControlNet Communication Adapter (Coax), DeviceNet Communication Adapter, EtherNet/IP Communication Adapter, HVAC Communication Adapter, CANopen Communication Adapter, LonWorksCommunication Adapter, Modbus/TCP Communication Adapter, PROFIBUS DP Communication Adapter, ControlNet Communication Adapter (Fiber) and many other communication adapters.

This drive has an output Power Rating of 5.5 kW (7.5 HP), output current of 11.0 amperes, output voltage of 0 to 460VAC and frequency of 0 to 500 Hz. Applicable Input Voltage for this drive is 480VAC, 3-Phase. Included with this drive is an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) brake. This drive belongs to the filtered emission class.
