Product Overview
The 20AD014F0AYNANC0 is an adjustable Frequency AC drive that belongs to the compact and scalable PowerFlex 70 product family. This product is manufactured by Allen-Bradley to enable speed control of AC motor, integration to control systems and increase control efficiency and accuracy.
This drive is designed for operation with input voltage rating of 480VAC, 3-phase. It provides an output Current of 14.0 A and Power of 7.5 kW (10.0 HP). This drive has an Frequency output range of 0
500 Hz. For proper motor sizing, minimum drive to motor ration must be 1:2 ratio while maximum is 2:1 ratio.
This drive is capable of Frequency control - speed regulation with slip compensation in V/Hz mode and Sensorless Vector mode. It may also be configured for Speed control - speed regulation with and without feedback.
When operating this drive, Maintain operating temperature of 0 to 50 °C or 32 to 122 °F. This drive has a cooling that operates when power is applied. If installed in a high temperature process, continuous cooling may be needed. Maintain minimum top and bottom clearance of 76.2 mm or 3.0 in during installation ensure proper air flow which. Additionally, the enclosure must be installed on a stable surface or with shock and vibration protection to maintain operating shock not exceeding 15 g peak for 11 ms duration (±1.0 ms) and vibration rating not more than 0.152 mm (0.006 in.) displacement, 1 g peak.
This drive has no Human Interface Module (HIM) installed. Operation of the drive may be implemented by utilizing the integrated I/O of the drive which consists of Six (6) Discrete Inputs for operation with 24VDC Only, One (1) Form C Contacts for Discrete Output, Two (2) Analog Input that accepts 0-10VDC or 4-20mA signals with each channels selectable, Two (2) Analog Output that is able to transmit 10VDC or 4-20mA.
