 Product Overview

The 20AD027A0AYNANC0 is a PowerFlex 70 adjustable Frequency that has an input voltage rating of 480VAC, 3-phase. This drive has an output Current of 27.0 A and Power of 15.0 kW (20.0 HP). Use this information to match the driven motor including a required drive to motor minimum ratio of 1:2 and maximum of 2:1. This ensure that the motor will be driven accordingly without damage to both the PowerFlex 70 and the AC motor. This drive has a configurable Frequency output range of 0 to 500 Hz. It comes with an internal IGBT brake and belongs to the filtered emission class.

PowerFlex 70 drive provide scalable design where add-on components may be installed to enhance the drive’s capability. Some of the components are communication adapter, controller modules, Human Interface Module (HIM) and many other options.

This drive does not include a Human Interface Module (HIM) however, this drive is operational with the by utilizing the embedded I/O in the control block. There are Six (6) 24 VDC Discrete Inputs that are configurable for Start / Stop, Local / Remote, Auto / Maunal and other commands. One (1) set of Form C Contacts is also included that may be used with AC or DC voltage. A pair of Analog Input that is capable of 0-10VDC or 4-20mA is also available that may serve as the remote speed command. Alternatively, a remote potentiometer may also be used with specification of 1-10k Ohm with 2Watt power rating. Two (2) analog outputs are also included for speed feedback.VIIIVThe 20AD027A0AYNANC0 is a PowerFlex 70 adjustable frequency AC drive.
