Product Overview
The 20AD1P1A0AYNANC0 is an adjustable frequency AC drive that is used for implementing motor control including control of speed by varying the drive frequency. This control may be accomplished in different ways.
This drive is designed for operation with a 3-phase, 480VAC input. It has an output voltage of 0-460VAC, current of 1.1 A and power of 0.37 kW (0.5 HP). Included with this drive is an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) brake. This drive belongs to the filtered emission class.
Speed control may be implemented by wiring an external potentiometer with rating of 1-10k Ohm with 2Watt power consumption. Another way to control speed is by wiring a signal source to the analog terminal of the drive. This signal may be in the form of 0-10VDC or 4-20mA.
The drives 0-60Hz frequency is scaled to the input signals. 0VDC / 4 mA input translates to 0 Hz; 2.5VDC / 8 mA for 15Hz; 5.0 VDC / 12 mA for 30 Hz; 7.5 VDC / 16 mA for 45Hz and 10VDC / 20mA for 60Hz. Though the rated scale is 0-10VDC or 4-20mA, the input terminal may received a slightly higher value which may translate to alarm condition such as overcurrent and overflow however, prevent this from happening regularly as this may damage the drive.
The analog input signal type is configurable. The drive does not accept both type of signals at the same time.
