The 20AE011A0AYNNNC0 is a PowerFlex 70 drive that is used especially for implementing speed control of AC motors. It features programmable parameters that enable custom defined operation. This drive retains basic motor control features such as START / STOP, JOG / FORWARD / REVERSE, REMOTE / LOCAL, AUTO / MANUAL operation.
Adjustable AC drives are critical automation components not limited to performing speed control of a motor. This hardware may contribute to a simplified maintenance and troubleshooting and save panel space as this eliminates complex wiring created by conventional components. With the drives embedded I/O, wirings need to be terminated straight to the I/O terminals and configure the intended function using the drives featured parameters. With less wiring, troubleshooting is made easier and with less electrical components, panel space is saved.
Adjustable AC drive also contribute to efficient control of the system including the start-up, shutdown and operational modes. This drive may be loaded with profiles intended to the mentioned operational phases. With efficient control, energy and fuel savings will be achieved.
This drive is primarily designed to operate motors with current and power ratings of 11.0 A and power of 7.5 kW (10.0 HP). Consideration must be taken into account as VFD selection usually requires a VFD Current and Power output 1 size higher compared to the driven motors current and power ratings. This drive is operated with a 3-Phase input voltage of 600VAC along with a 0-500Hz frequency output.
This drive also support premiere integration with the use of Studio 5000 Logix designed where parameters and drive configuration may be sent over a compatible communication network. This drive has a Voltage Input rated 600VAC, 3-phase and output Voltage of 0-600VAC with rated Current of 11.0 A and Power of 7.5 kW (10.0 HP), unfiltered emission.
