Product Overview
The 20BD065A3AYNAND0 is a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) that is used to implement speed control as well as implement basic control of an AC motor. This part number belongs to the PowerFlex 700 manufactured by Allen-Bradley. This industrial component is applicable in many industrial processes and supports indoor and outdoor installations.
This product is equipped with protection circuitry that includes ground fault protection, Electric motor overload, Removable MOV among others. Aside from the built-in protection, this hardware has available Allen-Bradley made components for device protection. 3rd party devices may also be used as well. External protective components such as fuse, branch protection circuit component, line reactors, EMC filters and other appropriate components are some of the components that may be installed.
The embedded Input and output of this drive consists of Six (6) 115VAC Discrete Inputs , Two (2) Form C Contacts for Discrete, Two (2) Analog Input that accepts 0-10VDC or 4-20mA signals for remote speed command, Two (2) Analog Output that is able to transmit 0-10VDC or 4-20mA applicable as speed feedback for use by Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), Single Loop controllers, Indicators, recorders, totalizers and data loggers.
The recommended drive to motor ratio is not less than 1:2 minimum while the maximum ratio should not be greater than 2:1. This drive also has an integral Human Interface Module for local configuration and operation. It is designed for operation with an input voltage of 480VAC, output current of 52.0 amperes and 40.0 Horsepower. This drive has a Full numeric HIM for local configuration.
