The 20BD096A3ANNANC0 is a PowerFlex 700 Adjustable Frequency AC Drive that comes with a Human Interface Module (HIM) with full numeric keypad that is used to locally configure the drive and operate as well This drive is designed for operation with an input voltage of 480VAC, output Power of 96.0 Amperes and output Power of 75.0 Horsepower. This drive has emission filtering and configured for Vector control.
Vector control features compatibility in application where sudden load changes is always present. It also exhibits excellent Torque control in low speed applications.
Aside from the integrated HIM installed in the front panel of the drive, this drive may also be configured offline and online with the use of DriveTools Sp software and Connected Components Workbench (CCW). Both these software packages are windows application that may be used to configure the drive from anywhere. Offline configuration refers to drive parameters being created without the actual drive. This file is saved for later download to the drive. Online configuration refers to drive configuration while active connection to the drive is present.
Another way to configure this drive is with the use of Premiere Integration feature with the use of Studio 5000 Logix designer. With premiere integration, hardwiring is eliminated. Through communication highway, parameters are sent to the drive.
This drive has Six (6) 24VDC Discrete Inputs, Two (2) Form C Contacts for Discrete Output, Two (2) Analog Input that accepts 0-10VDC or 4-20mA signals, Two (2) Analog Output that is able to transmit 0-10VDC or 4-20mA.
