The 1305-BA04A-HA1 is an adjustable AC drives that belongs to the Bulletin 1305 Adjustable AC Drives of Allen-Bradley. This product is a discontinued product therefore, available as spare part only. The drives discontinuation date is 10/31/2014 with an engineering replacement of 25B-D4P0.
This drive enables speed control of an AC induction motor via the embedded I/O, communication highway or the local keypad.
This drive has an integrated Human Interface module with digital up and down keys. This drive is designed for operation with a 3-Phase input, Voltage rating of 380-460VAC with Frequency of 50-60Hz. It has a rated output current of 4.0 A and motor rating 1.5kW (2.0 HP).
One of the key features of this drive are the embedded I/O channels which can be used to integrate the drive with control systems via hardwiring. By embedding Eight (8) Discrete Inputs, Two (2) Analog Inputs, One (1) Analog Output, Two (2) Discrete Output and External Potentiometer channels, the drive may be physically wired to devices that produce the appropriate signal types.
For Discrete Inputs, pushbutton, limit switches, photo sensors or any type of switches are the compatible devices for wiring to this terminal. Once properly terminated, the VFD is configured with the appropriate parameter matching the intended function of the input such as Start / Stop, Jog, Forward / Reverse, Remote / Local, Auto and Manual. The analog input and the potentiometer input terminal are similar to the discrete signals except that it accepts analog signals with the range of 0-10VDC or 4-20mA and 1-10k Ohms, respectively. Common application of analog input to the drive is for frequency modulation which varies the speed of the motor. The discrete outputs are wired to signaling devices such as Pilot Lamps, Horn, Siren, Buzzer and other compatible devices. Typically, this output is used to indicate the drives state such as Running and Faulted Status. The analog output channel generate 0-10VDC or 4-20mA. It is commonly used as feedback of the drives current speed.
VIIIVThe 1305-BA04A -HA2 is an adjustable AC Drive with 3-Phase Voltage Input rated 380-460V, motor rating of 1.5 kW (2.0 HP) and output current of 4 A.
