The 22B-B8P0N104 is a PowerFlex 40 Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) that features sensorless vector control for low-speed torque control applications. This drive has parameters which include a 3-phase, 200 to 240 VAC input voltage rating and 200 to 240VAC, 3-phase output voltage rating with output Current of 8.0 Amperes and power of 1.5 Kilowatt or 2.0 Horsepower.
It has an integrated RS-485communications for connection to a mult-drop topology of drives or direct connection to controllers of configuration PC. It also supports DF1 connectivity for data exchange between DF1 enabled devices.
This drive ships with a fixed keypad that enables out-of-the box configuration through the dial and keys. This fixed keypad has a 4-digit display and Ten (10) LED indicators to depict the status of the drive.
The drive can be installed in an enclosure rated IP20 / NEMA / UL Type Open panel. It also comes with integral circuit protection while it still supports installation of external circuit protection such as signal conditioner and EMC filters.
It has integrated I/O that can be used to completely integrate the drive to existing or new control systems. The Three (3) fixed inputs allocated for Start / Stop / Reverse inputs, remote signals coming from a remote panel or controller may be wired to this terminal. Additionally, the Four (4) programmable inputs provides flexibility to accommodate other motor related signals. Signals such as Local / Remote, Auto, Cascade, Manual and other signals may be configured in these programmable inputs.
The integrated Analog Input is typically used as the speed reference. This usually comes from a remote panel, control room or local potentiometer. This analog input can accept 0 to 10V and 4 to 20. The analog output may be used as the VFDs speed feedback for use by indicators, controllers and other devices as reference to another functions. The outputs in the form of opto-coupler and Form C contacts may be used to provide discrete feedback such as VFD state.
Aside from the fixed keypad that comes with the drive, software packages such as Drive Explorer, DriveTools SP software, Connected Components Workbench may be used to configure the drive while Studio 5000 Logix Designer for premier integration.
VIIIVThe 22B-B8P0N104 is a PowerFlex 40 drive with 2.0HP, 3-phase Input rated 200 to 240V at 50/60 Hz, 3-Pahse output rated 200 to 240V at 50/60 Hz.
