The 22B-D4P0F104 is a PowerFlex 40 adjustable frequency drive from Allen-Bradley. This drive provides a scalable, flexible and cost-effective solution for implementing speed control through modulation of frequency.
This drive has a rated input voltage of 380 to 480 VAC, 3-phase. It is capable of producing an output Current rated of 4.0 Amperes and power of 1.5 Kilowatt or 2.0 Horsepower.
This drive support Flange mounting with rating of IP20 / NEMA / UL Type Open. It has an integral protection for Ground fault, Electronic motor overload protection, Removable MOV to ground and 6kV transient protection.
Additionally, this drive is shipped with an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) brake and a fixed front-panel keypad. It may also be installed with a remote panel or remote handheld keypad for remote configuration or without the need to open the enclosure. Alternatively, software packages such as Drive Explorer, Drive Tools SP software or Connected Components Workbench may be used to configure the drive offline and online. Premiere integration is supported with Studio 5000 Logix designer.
This drive has I/O terminals for conventional integration. These embedded I/O channels may be used to enable local and remote control of the device, Automatic and Manual operation, remotely adjustable frequency, provide speed feedback and drive status.
This drive may be configured in a variety of ways such as the fixed keypad that is shipped with the device or via the optional remote keypad or remote handheld keypad. Additionally, DriveExplorer of DriveTools Sp software packages may be used.
