To mount the 1762-IF4 onto a DIN rail, first you must mount your DIN rail, ensuring that the placement of the module on the DIN rail meets the required amount of spacing. Next you must make sure that the DIN latch is closed. After this, it is time to hook the top slot over the DIN rail. While pressing the module down against the top of the rail, secure the bottom of the module into position. It is recommended that the installer leave the protective wrapping on the module until the wiring process is complete.
