To mount the 1762-IT4 onto a DIN rail, first you must mount your DIN rail, ensuring that the placement of the module on the DIN rail meets the required amount of spacing. Next you must ensure that the DIN latch is closed. After this, it is time to hook the top slot on the module over the DIN rail. While pressing down on the module against the top of the rail, secure the bottom part of the module into position. It is recommended that the installer leave the protective wrapping on the module until the wiring process is complete. The 1762-IT4 can be mounted to EN50022-35x7.5 or EN50022-35x15 DIN rails.
