 Product Overview

The 2711-T10G20L1 is a PanelView Standard Operator Terminal designed for maximum performance with space efficient flat panel design. This particular PanelView is a PanelView 1000 that functions as Human Machine Interface (HMI) device. It carries UL, cUL/CSA and CE certifications, NEMA 4X rated and approved for Class 1 Division 2 operation.

This HMI is equipped with components that enable enables it to perform basic function such as process visualization, user interface and communication port.

This HMI has a 10.4-inch Grayscale screen, with resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The screen is the user interface itself as it is embedded with a touch membrane that is made of 384 touch cells. This touch interface is ideal to be operated with a gloved finger or stylus to maximize the designed actuation of 1 million presses. The integrated Ethernet communication port provides user-friendly connection with partner devices using Cat5 or Cat6 cables with auto-negotiation feature.

Advanced functions that may be implemented with this HMI are alarm handling, trending, screen security and universal language support.

Advanced alarm handling is implemented with the use of active and historical alarm template. This alarm template is capable of showing the particular alarm, description, trigger, timestamp, operator message and other information. Pop-up alarm and event banners is automatically implemented when the terminal is shifted to runtime mode.

Screen security allows control of access by invoking password to individual screens. It has Three (3) modes such as screen mode, login mode and auto login mode.

The terminal is equipped with 46 languages that can be activated through the configuration mode menu.
Detailed project operation of the terminal is configured using the PanelBuilder32 development software. VIIIVThe 2711-T10G20L1 electronic hardware is a Human Machine interface (HMI) made by Allen Bradley. This is PanelView Standard Operator Terminal that is rated 24VDC and features a 10.4-inch display, embedded touch input area with built-in Ethernet I/P protocol and RS232 printer interface.
