Product Overview
The PanelView Standard Operator Terminal with catalog number 2711-T10G8 is a PanelView 1000 DH+ terminal that provides Human Machine Interface (HMI) solution in the factory floor through is integrated features and rugged design.
The 2711-T10G8 is typically installed flush mounted to a NEMA 4X rated enclosure that provides adequate protection to the electronic circuitry and sufficient working space for troubleshooting and inserting or removing of HMI add-on components. The HMI terminal is approved for Class 1 Division 2 operation. It carries UL, cUL/CSA and CE certifications.
The HMI hardware is designed to be supplied with an AC power input with voltage range of 85-264VAC. Maximum power consumption is 55VA. This terminal has internal memory, allocated for runtime that is 380KB and non-volatile memory amounting to 1008KB. The runtime memory is fixed however, the non-volatile memory may be expanded with the use of a ATA Memory card. Compatible memory card for this terminal are 2711-NM13, 2711-NM14, 2711-NM15, 2711-NM232 memory cards and memory card retainer 2711-NMCC. When installing this PanelView terminal, it is important to consider the installation depth and the additional measurement with or without memory card.
It has a monochrome screen for process visualization purpose that measures diagonally 10.4 inches. The screen has a touch sensitive membrane, embedded with 384 cells, capable of up to 1 million actuations. The built-in Data Highway Plus (DH+) communication port permits connection to single or multiple Allen-Bradley controllers and 3rd party devices.
The RS232 printer interface is configured using the configuration menu of the terminal, allowing printing active and historical alarms, timestamp, description and messages.
